Imagine you’re attending the Summer Science Program in Bloomington for Biochemistry (the best program, obviously). While there are normal, expected events, like isolating proteins from E. Coli cells and analyzing gels, there are a lot of other shenanigans when students aren’t in the lab or classroom. With archnemeses like the rain and the thespians (but mostly the thespians), the average SSP student has a not-so-average experience.

Every year, the graduating class of students attends the senior luncheon, a formal lunch event with every student and parent to celebrate graduation. During this event, the senior slideshow, filled with photos and messages to the seniors is played. I was selected to create the senior slideshow for the Class of 2023.
